Services Offered

  • Individual Counseling

Services are offered to children, adolescents, and adults with issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, A.D.H.D., or other behavioral issues. We incorporate a collective, holistic approach using cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy. If the client chooses, we incorporate faith-based counseling as well. Are you ready to become a happier, healthier version of yourself?

  • Family Counseling

Families are the fundamental and arguably most valuable groups in society. Healthy family dynamics are an important aspect of both individual and group functioning. Dysfunction in just one person may indicate a problem within the family as a whole. Our family therapy sessions aim to improve collaboration, enhance communication, and help your family function at its best.

  • Couple's Counseling

Every relationship has its bumps along the road. Could you improve communication or better understand your partner? Do you need to work through your differences? We offer couples, premarital, and marital counseling. Marriage counseling can help address everyday challenges as well as more significant issues, such as infidelity. Heather is a SYMBIS trained facilitators. Assessments are available to supplement counseling by identifying areas of improvement and increasing self-awareness. Be intentional in getting the tools you need for a successful marriage. There is hope!

  • Children’s Counseling

Services are offered for children ages five and up. We incorporate unstructured play therapy, art therapy, and music therapy. We play fun games and use fidget toys. With parent consent, we may also use nontraditional counseling methods—such as throwing a football outside at the end of sessions—to rehearse coping skills or practice positive reinforcement.
